NoCard, Inc. (“NoCard,” “we,” “us”) operates nocardclub.com. This policy describes what we collect, why, and what choices you have.

When you build a card, we collect:

• The bio URL you submit and the public information our agent extracts from it.
• Edits you make to the card via the chat agent.
• The email address you provide when you claim a card.
• An optional photo you upload.

We do not collect identifiers we don’t need: no analytics fingerprints, no advertising trackers, no third-party pixels.

• To render your card and the page at nocardclub.com/c/your-slug.
• To send sign-in links and receipt emails for the card you claim.
• To generate card content via Anthropic’s Claude API.
• To monitor errors via Sentry so we can fix bugs.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers.

Your data is processed by a small set of vendors so we can run the service:

• Supabase — database and authentication.
• Render — application hosting.
• Anthropic — the AI agent that builds your card.
• Resend — transactional email (sign-in links, receipts).
• Sentry — error reporting.

The card is a public, professional artifact. Do not paste patient names, conditions, identifiers, or any other Protected Health Information (PHI) into the agent. If you do, the agent is instructed to refuse, but the only durable safeguard is not pasting it in the first place.

• You can edit or delete your card at any time from /account.
• You can contact us at support@nocardclub.com to request a copy of your data or its deletion.
• Unclaimed draft cards expire and are deleted automatically after 7 days.

We use cookies for one purpose: keeping you signed in. We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.
