Usage Data. We automatically collect Usage Data when you access or use the Services. Usage Data may include your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, mobile network information, the pages of the Services you visit, the time and date of your visits, the time spent on those pages, referring URL, click stream data, and other diagnostic data.

Information from Third-Party Social Media Services. If you register or log in through a Third-Party Social Media Service, we may collect information already associated with your account on that service, such as your name, email address, profile photograph, and any other information that the third party makes available with your consent.

Cookies and Similar Technologies. We and our Service Providers use cookies, web beacons, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies (collectively, “Cookies”) to collect information about your interactions with the Services. We use Cookies for purposes including authentication, session management, analytics, performance monitoring, and personalization. You can manage your Cookie preferences through your browser settings; however, disabling Cookies may affect functionality of the Services.

How We Share Information

We may share your information with third parties in the following circumstances:

  • Service Providers. We share information with third-party Service Providers who perform services on our behalf, such as hosting, analytics, email and SMS delivery, identity verification, payment processing, customer support, security monitoring, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Affiliates. We share information with our affiliates, which we require to honor this Privacy Policy.
  • Other Users. Information you choose to make public (such as your card, profile, and any content you publish through the Services) is visible to other Users and may be accessible by anyone with the link or by search engines.
  • Business Transfers. We may share or transfer information in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, financing, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or other corporate transaction.
  • Legal and Safety. We may disclose information when required by law, in response to legal process, to enforce our Agreement, to prevent or investigate fraud or other illegal activity, to protect the safety or rights of Users or the public, or to defend against legal claims.
  • Aggregated or De-Identified Data. We may share aggregated, de-identified, or anonymized information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you, for any purpose.
  • With Your Consent. We may share information with your consent or at your direction.

SMS Messaging

NoCard sends text messages in three narrow cases: (1) sign-in verification codes when you request to sign in via phone number; (2) a one-time verification code when you opt in to referral notifications at nocardclub.com/referrals/opt-in; and (3) referral notifications — a confirmation when you complete an opt-in, and a secure link when a professional sends you a referral through NoCard. Referral notifications are sent only to phone numbers that have personally opted in — by completing the verified web opt-in or by texting REFER and confirming with YES. A professional entering your number never causes a text by itself.

Non-sharing of mobile numbers. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data collected by NoCard are not shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and SMS opt-in consent is not transferred or resold to any third party for any reason. Mobile numbers are shared only with our SMS delivery vendor (Twilio) for the sole purpose of transmitting the messages you have requested.

No personal details in texts. Referral text messages never contain your name, initials, date of birth, or any health information — only a secure link. Referral details appear only after you verify your identity on that link, and nothing is shared with the receiving office unless you explicitly authorize it there.

Message frequency varies with referral activity; there is no recurring schedule, no marketing list, and no promotional broadcast.

Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of NoCard messages, START to re-subscribe, or HELP for support contact information. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or treatment.

Retention, Transfer, and Security

We retain Personal Data for as long as necessary to provide the Services, fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Even after you close your account, we may retain certain information as required by law or as necessary for legitimate business purposes.

Your information may be transferred to, stored at, and processed in jurisdictions other than the one in which you reside, including the United States. By using the Services, you consent to such transfers.

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect Personal Data against unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. THE SERVICES ARE NOT INTENDED TO TRANSMIT, STORE, OR PROCESS PROTECTED HEALTH INFORMATION (“PHI”) OR ANY OTHER INFORMATION SUBJECT TO HIPAA OR EQUIVALENT LAW, UNLESS NOCARD HAS EXPRESSLY AGREED IN WRITING TO PROVIDE SUCH SERVICES PURSUANT TO A SEPARATE BUSINESS ASSOCIATE AGREEMENT.

Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under the age of thirteen (13), and we do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under thirteen (13). If we learn that we have collected Personal Data from a child under thirteen (13), we will delete it promptly. If you believe that a child under thirteen (13) has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us at info@nocardclub.com.

Your Choices and Rights

You may access, update, correct, or delete certain information about you by logging into your account or by contacting us at info@nocardclub.com. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws, including: the right to access your Personal Data; the right to correct inaccurate Personal Data; the right to request deletion of your Personal Data; the right to restrict or object to processing; the right to data portability; and the right to withdraw consent.

State-Specific Rights (California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and Others). If you are a resident of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, or another state with comprehensive privacy laws, you may have additional rights regarding your Personal Data. NoCard does not sell Personal Data as the term “sell” is defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) or analogous laws. To exercise any state-specific privacy rights, please contact info@nocardclub.com.

For material changes, we will provide additional notice (e.g., by email or in-product notification) where reasonably practicable. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
